Sequence of Tasks

Step 1

Evaluation

Our process beging with a detailed assessment of your pump/motor condition, including stripping the pump/motor accroding to the instructions, this enables our engineers to identify the root cause of the pump failure.

Step 2

Assessment

When your pump/motor are overhauled by us you can be assured of a quality repair. Accurate diagnosis of component failure and appropriate repair for reliable economic operation.

Step 3

Repairs

Once the necessary repairs have been carried out pump/motor is assembled. Every pump/motor is tested as per Manufacturer's standard and provided with warranty.

Step 4

Performance

Repaired pump/motor is assessed through in-house test facility to ensure performance. Test facility is equipped with 160 kw & 100 KW VFD operated test bench for pump testing.
